It was bound to happen, but at least it's being done by someone we know and trust to treat beer and homebrewing with the proper respect.

Around New Year's Eve, whenever my grandfather said, "It's time to take inventory," it meant he would go out to the barn and rummage around to see what was left in his "liker" closet.

In the local brewing world, there's probably no cooler honor than winning the Highland Cup, the annual contest held by Highland Brewing and organized by the Mountain Ale and Lager Tasters homebrew club.
