During a 40-minute interview in the Lake Bluff Brewing Company tap room Saturday afternoon, three individuals popped their heads in the front door on Scranton Avenue, all asking the same question: "Are you open yet?" David Burns and Rodd Specketer are co-owners of the Lake Bluff Brewing Company which will be opening in Lake Bluff on March 23.
